Stage 1
Space Planning
Project Definition

• We'll prepare a detailed brief based on your requirements
• We will also carry out a site survey

Concept Plans

• We'll develop an organisation & feasibility analysis
• Prepare a concept design for approval
• A preliminary project budget ;and
• Prepare a preliminary project schedule

Stage 2 - Design & Documentation
Fit Out Phase

• Full documentation for construction will be prepared
• We'll ensure we comply with all relevant building regs
• Prepare all aspects of finishes, including signage & furniture selections, for your approval
• We'll also arrange for the landlord concent and building control approvals

Stage 3 - Project Management
Construction

• We'll set up site attendance meetings to keep you fully informed of progress
• Arrange access for and manage all contractors
• Liaise with building management
• Work with services consultants
• we'll prepare a defects list and ensure that all is completed in a timely manner
• Obtain all as built drawings
• Finally we'll issue an occupancy certificate and certificate of practical completion

Relocation

• We can also project manage and supervise the physical relocation
